Returns Policy
At Fastfit Automotive Specialist, we take pride in delivering high-quality products
and services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re
here to make the process fair and transparent for everyone.
- Returns & Refunds for Defective Products
We offer returns or exchanges for any product that is defective, damaged, or not
as described, provided that:
- The issue is reported to Fastfit within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
- The product is returned unused, in its original packaging, along with proof
of purchase
- Once assessed and confirmed as defective due to manufacturing or transit
issues, you’ll be eligible for a full refund or product replacement.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@fastfitbullbars.com.au with your
order number and a brief description of the issue. You may also visit our workshop in
Leichhardt for direct assistance.
- Installation Bookings, No-Show Policy & Deposits
When booking a product for installation at our workshop:
- Customers are allowed up to two appointment opportunities to complete
the installation.
- If a customer fails to show up for all two appointments, Fastfit reserves the
right to reallocate the product to another customer, even if a deposit has
been paid.
- In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited, and Fastfit is no longer obligated
to hold or reserve the item.
- This policy ensures we maintain fairness for all customers and manage our
booking schedules effectively.
To retain your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to
reschedule.
- Additional Terms
- This policy applies to both online and in-store purchases.
- Custom-made or special-order products are only eligible for return if
proven faulty.
- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method and may
take 7–10 business days to appear.
